De Duitse minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg stapt op vanwege de aanhoudende ophef rond zijn persoon sinds de recente onthullingen over plagiaat dat hij zou hebben gepleegd in zijn proefschrift. Dat maakte hij vandaag bekend. Hij zei dat hij zijn taken niet langer kan uitvoeren.
